1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,649,00 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 31, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of each term of appeal claims consolation money of KRW 5,500,000 against the defendant. However, mental suffering caused by property damage is the above compensation for property damage, unless there are special circumstances to see that the compensation for property damage is serious to the extent that it can not be compensated by itself (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 96Da38971, Jul. 10, 1998). In light of this, the circumstance asserted by the plaintiff is that the above special circumstances can not be acknowledged, and therefore, this part of the claim is without merit.
