Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”). 2. By public notice, Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Provided, That the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015).
