A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 301,721,809 and its KRW 297,350,026, Defendant B, from November 10, 2016.

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a party to the instant apartment complex A 4, 14, and 192 households in Kim Jong-si (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) The Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Company”) is a project undertaker who constructed and sold the instant apartment, and the Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “C”) is a new apartment construction company.

3) Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) is the only term “Defendant Corporation”).

B. On December 3, 2013, C entered into each of the instant apartment contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant contracts”) with the Defendant Corporation and the guaranty creditor as the Kim Jong-si market, and was issued by the Defendant Corporation each of the warranty warranty contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant contracts”) as described below, and was issued by the Defendant Corporation.

Each of the above guarantees stated as follows: “The guarantee creditor shall not be liable for any defect that occurred prior to the period of guarantee, and the guarantee creditor shall be changed to the council of occupants’ representatives when the council of occupants’ representatives is organized under Article 60(2) of the Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act.”
