A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Defendant

A, on July 16, 2015, was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for violating the Military Service Act in the Seoul Northern District Court for the violation of the same month on June 24, 2015, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive, and is currently under suspension of execution, and is serving as social work personnel in charge of administrative assistance, such as issuance of a family relation register at the F community service center located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from October 10, 20

Defendant

B From September 4, 2015, he/she has served as a social work personnel in charge of administrative assistance, such as postal delivery affairs, at the above community service center.

1. Upon receipt of a request from G, etc. to inquire about the family relation registration information when Defendant A did not attend the above community service center, the Defendants’ co-principal defendants sent the information to Defendant B. When Defendant B entered the personal information of the inquirer in the Supreme Court electronic family relation registration system and then again delivers the results of the inquiry to Defendant A, the Defendants conspired to divide the transferred family relation registration information into G, etc. and share it with Defendant B at the price.

Defendant

B On March 8, 2016, at the above community service center, the computer installed at the request of Defendant A to inquire about the information on the family relationship of H, and inquire about H’s family relationship information through access to the electronic family registration system of the Supreme Court of Korea, which is a public official of the above community service center, and then, he/she photographs the screen as a result of the inquiry, and then sent the file to Defendant A with smartphone hosting display display, and Defendant A leaked personal information by again transmitting the information on the family relationship he/she received to G from that time until August 30, 2016, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27578, Aug. 30, 2016>

2. The defendant A is at the above community service center.
