1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The Defendant: 35,000,000 won to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff and its related thereto. < Amended by Act No. 11135, Dec. 2, 2011>

Reasons

1. On May 16, 2016, when the lawsuit of this case is pending, the Plaintiff transferred the Plaintiff’s loan claim against the Defendant to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant is without merit.

2. Determination as to the claims of the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor

(a) Indication of claims: To be as shown in the attached Form and reasons for participation;

(b) Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
