[criminal history] On October 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (such as purchase of sex) at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Prison on October 25, 2017.

[2] On August 21, 2018, the Defendant filed a request for detention warrant for a crime of violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., purchase of sex), which was under investigation at the Busan Western Police Station, and posted his/her letter of intent to commit suicide with a person who will commit suicide with Q fishing flue, using his/her smartphone, with a view to having the questioning date of the previous suspect committed suicide, and decided that the Defendant will be accompanied by a suicide when communicating with the victim R (L, 19 years of age) who reported and contacted.

On August 21, 2018, the Defendant prepared a dog, tape, water surface effect, and sent the victim a text message to the effect that “the Defendant would commit suicide by making the opening at once,” and the victim respondeded to it. On August 22, 2018, the Defendant was working in Daegu Sgu on the part of the victim at around 01:45 on the same day, and was working in the front car of the victim, and was put in the front car of the victim at 15:48 on the same day.

On August 2, 2018, from around 15:48 to around 17:48, the Defendant: (a) sealed a room by attaching a tape prepared in advance to the telegate, window, or sprinker in the above telecom V; (b) stated the victim “a sprink m”; (c) stated the victim “a sprink mor mor mor mor mor mor mor morm”; and (d) attempted suicide with the victim by putting about 3 knows in a mar mor mar mor mor mor mor mor mar.

8. The defendant who was killed in suicide around 13:04 on the same day, was involved in the suicide while the victim was her in his/her beds, and the victim was found to have been in his/her tone and was transferred to a hospital around 17:56 on the same day, and did not reach the suicide.

Accordingly, the defendant committed suicide of the victim.
