1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 as well as its annual 6% from October 10, 2018 to October 29, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
The cause of the instant claim is the same as the “reasons for Claim” in the attached Form, and can be recognized by the facts without dispute and the evidence A 1 through 5 (including the serial number).
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 60,00,000 and the delay damages calculated at the rate of 6% per annum as stipulated by the Commercial Act from October 10, 2018 to October 29, 2019, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, and 12% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
