The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance that found the charged facts of this case guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and it is just to render a verdict of not guilty, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of negligence

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
