When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The Defendant is a person who actually operates a general restaurant under the trade name of “D” in Sinpo City C.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

Nevertheless, from February 2, 2017 to February 23, 2017, the Defendant purchased each of the amounting to KRW 1,100,000 from F in Germany, for a total of KRW 295km 2,00,00,00 in the amount equivalent to KRW 1,10,00,00 in the amount of 95.7km of the U.S. cattle, for which the Defendant sold, sold, and provided 261.5km of the swine powder and 87 km of the cattle, among which the Defendant purchased each of the amounting to KRW 1,10,00,00 in the amount of KRW 1,50,00 in the Republic of Korea. The Defendant kept 3,50,000 in the Republic of Korea swine for the same purpose.

As a result, the Defendant sold and provided the origin labeling of the German swine meat and U.S. cattle at a restaurant with the above high spaw in a false manner in the domestic origin.
