When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a B-hand vehicle.
On December 11, 2014, at around 23:45, the Defendant driven the said car from the front side of the YN restaurant located in the Yasan-dong of Gwangju Mine to the front side of the mine school located in the Yasan-dong of Gwangju Mine-gu, in approximately 500 meters away from the front side of the Yaeng-dong of Gwangju Mine-gu.
