Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a marina business with the trade name "C" from the building B and the 7th floor of light life.
1. From August 2018 to September 23, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the act of arranging commercial sex acts, etc.) provided facilities such as the above establishment, seven smugglings, and two showering facilities, etc., employed D, a female employee who will engage in commercial sex acts, and then 80,000 won in cash (in case of additional similar sexual sex acts, the condition that each customer pays to his/her female employee) in return for the said establishment from many unspecified customers who find the said establishment, and assisted such D to engage in similar acts (the name of a person who acts of arranging commercial sex acts, etc.) by having him/her take the sexual character of the said man on his/her hand and her scambling.
2. No person in violation of the Educational Environment Protection Act shall operate a business providing services which results in physical contacts between unspecified persons, exposure to confidential parts, etc., or are likely to result in any other similar activity, within an educational environment protection zone;
Nevertheless, between August 2018 and September 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the foregoing establishment located within 200 meters from the boundary line of E Elementary School, E Elementary School, E Middle School, and Ehigh School; (b) installed 7 marina rooms in the form of smuggling; and (c) provided services such as physical contact or exposure to the sealed part among unspecified persons or any other similar act.
