1. Around October 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) taken pictures of female victims in distressed names four times in total on four occasions at around 22:42, 23:10, and on October 2013, 2013, using a camera installed in a gallon 1 smartphone in possession of the Defendant at a gallon ju city in the same place, where the female victims in distressed names were exposed to clothes in the gallona room located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
2. Around 13:00 on November 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influoration of public places) infringed on a female escape room with the intention to satisfy his/her own sexual desire in the five-story female escape room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, for the same day at around 15:0 of the same day and around 19:30 of the same day at the same place, the female escape room where the female influorious damage caused by his/her name intrudes without permission.
On November 16, 2013, 2013, the date of the crime as stated in the indictment, shall be corrected as it is obvious clerical error.
1. On December 3, 2013, at around 23:50 on December 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the building through the entrance to find out a house in which the sound of sexual intercourse within the above lending is sound of the arbitra; (b) 1,2, and 3rd floors into the building through the entrance; and (c) harming the peace of the victim’s residence by carrying the house window on the right side of the wall inside the building, and thereby impairing the peace of the victim’s dwelling by taking the arbitrae of sexual intercourse, such as taking the arbitra, by taking the window in which the victim H residing in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.
