The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below was just in finding innocence of the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there was no proof of crime, and there was no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence or any violation of the relevant legal principles.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
