When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Around March 16, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving on a road that does not know a place less than Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and operated C fishing code cars without obtaining a driving license within a section of approximately one kilometer from the road to the front of Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

2. Although the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as a holder of CF code, was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle on the same date and at the same place as paragraph (1).
