On September 7, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million by the Suwon District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 18, 2020, at around 00:55, the Defendant driven a Dland knife vehicle from around 134 meters away from the road in front of the Yan-gu, Ansan-si to the road in front of the same Gu, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.124%.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition clause of drinking driving more than twice.
