1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 56,687,863 and KRW 39,966,70 among them, per annum from July 7, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 33.9% per annum from July 7, 2017 to the date of full payment, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
