1. As to the buildings listed in the separate sheet:
A. Defendant C, Defendant B, Defendant D, E, and F, respectively, 2/9.
On October 8, 197, G sold to Defendant C the building indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) which is a non-registered building with H land and its ground in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and Defendant C sold the said land and building to the Plaintiff on March 18, 1978; G died in March 18, 1978 and died in 2009, and there is Defendant D, E, E, and F, the spouse of the Defendant B, and his heir, as his heir, did not conflict between the parties; or it is recognized by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 4.
According to the above facts, Defendant C is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on March 18, 1978 with respect to the building of this case, and the Plaintiff is entitled to exercise the right to exercise the right to claim transfer registration of ownership against Defendant C in order to preserve the right to claim transfer registration of ownership against Defendant C.
In this case, among the buildings in this case, the defendant B has the obligation to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on October 8, 1977 with respect to the shares of 3/9, the inheritance shares of the defendant D, E, and F, 2/9 shares of each of 2/9 shares.
The plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants are reasonable, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
