However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Defendant A’s violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and the Promotion of the Game Industry Act shall not damage, destroy, alter, or forge information and communications systems, data, programs, etc., or shall not convey or spread programs that are likely to interfere with the operation thereof without any justifiable ground, and shall not engage in the exchange of game results for business purposes. However, Defendant A’s malicious program (one name “Fulp”) was distributed to the PC computer in Gwangju-gu and intended to readily obtain game money in a manner that makes it difficult to see the other party’s failure if he/she play games, such as c (10 months of imprisonment with prison labor of the Seoul Western District Court, October, 18, 2013, and two years of suspended execution) and online game products, such as spawers and Baduk, etc., and thereby interfere with the other party’s failure.

On December 21, 2012, the Defendant installed 4 computers of 102 Dong 317, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, and received from C the list of daily computers in Gwangju City, which were infected by C by spreading malicious programs according to the above public offering, and sold game money equivalent to KRW 7 million per monthly average from November 9, 2012 to February 14, 2013, when the users of the computer access to one game, by viewing their games on the screen screen, after acquiring the game money in an unjust manner by easily winning it, the Defendant sold the game money to the money exchange specialized in the transaction of the game money, and received the sales proceeds of KRW 115,00 from November 9, 2012 to February 14, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant spreads malicious programs that may interfere with the operation of information and communication systems, data, programs, etc. in collusion with C, and bring the result of the game.
