(a) deliver the third and fourth floor of the buildings listed in the annex list;

(b) from December 10, 2015.

A. On April 8, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the deposit amount of KRW 50 million on the 30th and fourth floors of the buildings listed in the attached Table, monthly rent of KRW 5.1 million (payment on April 10), and the lease period from April 8, 2015 to April 9, 2017.

B. However, the Defendant unpaid the monthly rent of KRW 25.5 million from December 2015 to April 2016 (i.e., KRW 5.., KRW 5.1 million x five months). The Defendant is obligated to deliver the part of the attached list to the Plaintiff who terminated the said lease by serving a duplicate of the written complaint in this case, and to pay the rent of KRW 5.1 million from December 10, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of the said building.
