A. Defendant B and C related to the parties are doctors who operate the FF fatherine in Seo-gu Incheon, Incheon (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Defendant D is doctors working in the Defendant Hospital; and the Plaintiff is a person who performed the king operation at the Defendant Hospital (hereinafter “instant operation”).

B. From April 18, 201, the Plaintiff was pregnant and was hospitalized by Defendant C at the Defendant Hospital at intervals of one to two weeks. 2) On October 14, 201, the Plaintiff hospitalized the instant surgery at the Defendant Hospital for the purpose of giving birth through the instant surgery. Defendant C, around 12:45 on October 14, 201, started the instant surgery with 0.5% vertebbane for the Plaintiff, using 2.0ml with 0ml with 0.5% vertebane for the Plaintiff, after which the Plaintiff complained of serious anxiety, was given a temporary beer 70mg of propool at a speed of 30mg, and was given birth around October 13, 201.

3) On October 14, 201, at around 13:10 on October 14, 201, Defendant C expressed an opinion that the Plaintiff’s blood pressure decreased to 80/40m Hg and the number of heart stay increased to 120/minutes, Defendant C expressed an emergency transport request based on the following: (a) the Plaintiff was rapidly dumped at least 500cm; (b) the Plaintiff was influencing 40ms, which is a pressure factor; (c) the Plaintiff attempted to stop the administration of propool and stop it; and (d) the Defendant Hospital requested response transport to 119 emergency transport at around 13:28.30, the Defendant Hospital revoked the Plaintiff’s emergency transport request by deeming that the Plaintiff’s active strength continues to be stable.

5) At around 13:30, the Defendant Hospital monitoring the Plaintiff’s active and oxygen intensity at intervals of 10 to 30 minutes after the completion of all of the instant surgery. At around 15:30, the Plaintiff’s blood pressure decreased to 80/42mHg, 130 times or more, and 20m Epid 130 times or more, and 15:50, or 119 emergency transport of the Plaintiff to Macheon National University Hospital. 6).
