1. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant rendered a disposition of return according to the application for adjustment of cadastral records (land category change) against the Plaintiff.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On April 30, 2009, the Plaintiff is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer based on a voluntary auction with respect to A forest 9,286 square meters (hereinafter “instant factory site”) in Sungsung-si on April 30, 200, and B is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale as to C forest 352 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) on October 29, 2004.
B. On August 5, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with B with the following content (hereinafter “instant agreement”).
