A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of 500,000 won, and by a fine of 2,00,000 won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) sought a victim from the apartment that is located in Yangsan-si, the victim D (the 34 years of age) located in the Defendant’s husband B to receive apologys on the fact that the Defendant maintained the Defendant’s father B’s badial relationship with the Defendant’s husband; (b) the victim was not present at the seat of the said apartment site; (c) and (d) there was a police station, but it seems to be so reasonable. If you have come to the police station, it seems that the Defendant would not have any contact. The Defendant undermined the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out the fact that it would be difficult. (d) On August 2014, 2014, the Defendant publicly pointing out the fact that “I would know how I would see the fact that I would have been able to listen to the residents of the apartment at the first floor parking lot where the victim D was living in the Defendant’s seat.”

B. On June 17, 2014, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) published a letter stating, “I would like to have access to the victim’s Kakaotootory by using the Defendant’s smartphone for the purpose of slandering the victim in the Kimhae-si, and “I would like to see that I would like to have received a written complaint from the Defendant for the family affairs of the today Police Station. I will continue to do so, and if I would have committed a crime for mari, I would like to have the value of the crime.”

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts through information and communications networks.

2. Defendant B

A. Intimidation 1) The Defendant maintained the relationship between the Defendant and the internal relationship at Kimhae-si on January 2014, 2014, and was the victim D (In this case, 34 years old used the Defendant’s mobile phone).
