Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s status as an employee of the FF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) in Asia-si (hereinafter “F”), was a person who was working as the H of the National Democratic Labor Union Federation Granc Labor Union (hereinafter “G labor union”) at the Hamnam Branch Fa District Association (hereinafter “GM”) from October 2009 to September 201, and Defendant B was an employee of the said FF during the period from October 2009 to September 201, as an employee of the said ASEAN.

2.
