1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 45,96,141 and KRW 44,973,922 among them, from November 29, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On March 6, 2013, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff and the Malivi Bel 3.0 4WD kV300 B with respect to the vehicles with the agreed period of 60 months, monthly rent of 1,124,300 won, overdue interest rate of 24%, remaining value of 17,182,00 won, and lost the benefit of November 28, 2014.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 45,96,141 won and 44,973,922 won among them with 24% interest per annum from November 29, 2014 to the day of full payment.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
