On September 30, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on November 18, 2014, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime.

On February 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.077% in blood without a driver’s license for a vehicle; (b) the Defendant driven C cargo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.07% in the blood without a driver’s license for a vehicle from the 7rd apartment road in front of the 589 new-dong elementary school located in the Dong-dong Howon-dong Howonwon-dong, Jungwon-si, the Government of the Republic of Korea around 22:15 to the road in front of the 589 new-dong elementary school.
