On October 27, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won by Jeju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of two million won by Jeju District Court on February 27, 2009 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On June 12, 2018, around 06:45, the Defendant driven an Epoter vehicle in around 4km from the front of Jeju apartment to the front road of “D” located in the same city as “D” in the same city.

On August 14, 2018, at around 18:04, the Defendant driven a E-Poter vehicle from around 3 km to the front road of Jeju city to the front road of G while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.213% without a driver’s license.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.
