However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic;

A. The Defendant conspired with B, from July 5, 2016 to July 21:50, 2016, up to July 12, 2016, the Defendant employed Thailand’s nationality E as a female sexual traffic, and received 8-150,000 won from an unspecified number of male customers who find the said business, and made the said female sexual traffic interfere with the said female sexual traffic, and divided them into 4-50,000 won to 4-50,000 won.

B. The Defendant conspired with B, from July 13, 2016 to July 18, 2016, up to July 28, 2016, up to July 28, 2016, employed Thailand’s nationality H and I as a sexual traffic woman, and received 8 to 150,000 won from many and unspecified male customers who find the above business, and then let sexual traffic women associate with the above male customers, and divided 4 to 50,000 won into 4 to 50,000 won for sexual traffic women.

2. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ any foreigner having no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant in collusion with B, from July 5, 2016 to July 12, 2016, found the nationality of Thailand where he/she did not have the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities at the aforementioned “D” location, shall be paid 4-50,000 won per time with male customers and once sexual intercourse. From July 27, 2016 to July 18:00, 2016, the Defendant was employed to find the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities at the above “G” location from July 27, 2016 to the above “G” location where he/she did not have the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities. He/she was employed to find the status of stay to pay 4-50,000 won per time with male customers and to have no status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities at the above “G” location around July 29, 2016.
