A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On October 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months and two years of suspended execution for fraud in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support on October 12, 2018, and the judgment was finalized on October 20, 2018.

The Defendant received 128,000 won as the price for goods from the victim to the D account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,643,00 from the victims four times through the period from such method to September 7, 2018, as indicated in the annexed crime list.
Accordingly, the defendant was informed of victims about four times and received property.

However, since the defendant did not have the above parts, there was no intention or ability to sell normal parts.
At around 20:25 on the same day, the Defendant received money from the victim as KRW 250,000 under the name of the F bank account in the name of the Defendant.
In addition, the Defendant’s aforementioned method from that to August 10, 2018, together with the victims, from the victims over 10 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
