From May 19, 2015, the Plaintiff worked at C Center under the distribution planning team of the Scomcom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Scom”) (hereinafter “Scom”) as designated by the Green Pream.

The Defendant was a temporary agency worker who entered into a temporary agency contract with Green PP, and was working in C Center from March 2, 2014, and around April 2015, the Defendant was selected from the non-party company as C Center leader and was in charge of overall affairs of C Center as the head of the center at the time the Plaintiff started work.

The defendant was a new employee of the plaintiff as the head of the center.

C Center's business C Center, when the mobile phone agents of the non-party company have difficulties in carrying out normal business affairs in the course of carrying out business affairs related to the mobile phone (if it is difficult to ascertain whether the agent continues to carry out the procedure for changing the name because the customer visiting the agency to change his/her name although he/she did not possess his/her identity). If the non-party company asks the non-party company about the procedure for joining, it shall respond to his/her inquiry so that each agency may conduct exceptional business affairs.

The above C Center has a total of 10 persons who work for the above C Center and all the workers of the C Center are the same temporary agency workers as the plaintiff.

The staff of the sub-committee in charge of the C Center is D, and the superior class is the team leader of E, and D and E work in other floors than C Team.

C The Center shall be affected by the agents of the non-party company located across the country.
