1. The Plaintiff: (a) the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AF large of 136 square meters;
A. Defendant 1 and Defendant 28 are co-owned shares in the annexed sheet.
1. Basic facts
A. On May 8, 1954, Defendant Republic of Korea sold part of AH 1,707 square meters (hereinafter “AH land before the division”) to AG prior to the division (hereinafter “AH land before the division”). On February 10, 1964, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the share of 37.33 percent of AH land before the division (hereinafter “AH land”).
B. On February 10, 1964, AG sold part of AH land purchased by it to AI by specifying its location and size, and on February 19, 1964, AG completed the registration procedure for transfer of ownership due to the said sale with respect to the share of 34/1,707 of AH land before subdivision.
다. AG이 AI에게 매도한 토지 부분은 1965. 1. 29. 분할 전 AH 토지로부터 분할되어 서울 영등포구 AF 대 136㎡(≒41평, 이하 ‘AF 토지’라고 한다.)가 되었다. 라.
On October 23, 1992, the transfer registration of ownership was completed in the AJ on the land sold by AG to AI.
On October 5, 199, the Plaintiff purchased the above land and its ground land from AJ, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 34/1,707 out of the land AH before subdivision on November 22, 199.
E. The remaining land, other than AF land, prior to the subdivision, was also traded before the sale to Defendant 2 through 28 by specifying the location and size of each land, and the co-ownership registration as indicated in the separate sheet column for co-ownership was completed. The same co-ownership registration was transcribed from the said land before subdivision to the AF land, as it was divided.
F. On June 7, 1982, Defendant AC received the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”) under Article 19123 with respect to the share of 15/1,707 of the Defendant Z’s co-ownership shares from the land AH before subdivision on June 7, 1982, from the Seoul Southern Southern District Court, Young-gu District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Southern District Court”) and AK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant AD”) received 30/1,707 shares of Defendant C’s co-ownership from the land AH before subdivision on July 24, 1987.
