As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, it is recognized that 15% per annum from the day following the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
