except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Forgery of private documents and preparation of private documents for qualification;

A. On July 1, 2011, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of E with the intention to affix a seal to, and to exercise, the seal of E in advance on the name of E, stating, “I, by using a black pen for official approval (No. 101 Dong 801, Dong 101, Dong 801, the person with parental authority, as his/her child A)” on the proxy form, “I will implement the lease contract as his/her agent.”

B. On July 4, 2011, the Defendant entered into a contract to lease the said apartment under the name of E even though the fact at the F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in the D Apartment Building 103, which was not granted any authority regarding the D apartment building lease from E, and entered into the lease contract to G, and the lease period for the lease of the said apartment under the name of E was from July 4, 201 to July 4, 2013 (24 months), the deposit amount was KRW 100,000,000, and the remainder was paid on August 4, 201, the lessor’s resident registration number was stated as “H”, and the lessor’s resident registration number was written as “E”, and the agent column was written as “A” with the intention of exercising the Defendant’s seal on the side.

C. The Defendant received KRW 10,000,000 from G at the date, time, place, and place specified in the foregoing sub-paragraph (b), and issued the receipt at a fixed amount of KRW 10,00,000 on the receipt. The issuer forged the receipt in the name of E for the purpose of exercising his seal after stating “E”.

2. On July 4, 201, the Defendant entered into a contract with the F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in G to lease D apartment Nos. 101 and 801 at Sungsung-si to G on July 4, 201, using forged delegations, receipts, and qualification of agent E as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).
