When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On April 13, 2014, at around 18:30, the Defendant driven B Poter truck with approximately 250 meters under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.134% on the front of a public parking lot 22-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul.
