Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On May 5, 2016, at around 08:00, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, started a place where it is impossible to find out whether it was once or less in Gwangju Metropolitan City, Gwangju Metropolitan City, without a car driver’s license, and driven B-wing truck from the section of about 10 km to the 496-way way according to the mountain nature of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.
