1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 3,309,680 as well as 20% per annum from November 1, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On April 29, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an entrustment management contract on the motor vehicles indicated in the separate sheet, but did not pay management expenses, etc. for KRW 3,309,608 until April 2014 on the grounds that the above consignment management contract was terminated due to the service of the copy of the complaint of this case, thus seeking a takeover of the procedure for registration of ownership transfer due to the unpaid management expenses, etc., damages for delay, and the termination of the above consignment management contract.
