A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, Violation of the Road Traffic Act, Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant, on December 5, 2015, without obtaining a driver’s license on December 08:45, 2015, the Defendant was driving a DK7 car that was not mandatory insurance, and, at the same time, proceeded at a speed of 381 km away from the IC room where the border road located in the Dong-ri, dong-ri, dong-ri, dong-ri, dong-ri.
In such cases, there was a duty of care to ensure safety distance as a driver of a motor vehicle, and to accurately operate and drive the brake system.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to accurately operate the brakes without accurately operating the safe distance, and was negligent in driving the brakes on the front part of the above K7 car. The Defendant was found to have been driven by the victim E (hereinafter referred to as 48 years old) who was bound by the said car cryp in the front part of the said K7 car.
Accordingly, the Defendant caused the victim E by negligence in the course of performing the above duties to inflict injury on cerebrovasty, etc. requiring treatment for about three weeks, and the Defendant suffered injury to the victim G (the age 24) who was on the mark’s car at the above examination, such as cryp and tensions requiring treatment for about two weeks.
2. The defendant is driving a K7 car without obtaining a driver's license as stated in Paragraph 1, and mandatory insurance has not been bought.
