1. As to KRW 2,711,861,627 and KRW 485,531,188 of the Plaintiff jointly and severally with B and C, the Defendant shall start on March 12, 2019.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff to display the claim is the transferee of the claim established by the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2009Kadan57901 and filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the above claim.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
