However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

No person under the influence of alcohol shall operate, or instruct the operation of, the steering gear of a ship.

Nevertheless, from July 4, 2020 to 17:34, the Defendant operated the steering gear of Incheon Ship B (28 tons) of Incheon Ship B (28 tons) with approximately 4 nautical miles from the 1st of the coastal wharf located in Jung-gu, Incheon to the 1st of the coast wharf, via the sea near Incheon River, again via approximately 4 nautical miless from the 1st of the coast wharf to the 1st of the coast wharf.
