A A Fines 18,00,000 won, Defendant B’s fine of 2,00,000 won, and Defendant C’s fine of 4,00,000 won.

1. From early April 2012 to June 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a private horse race track in Suwon-si E (third floor); (b) opened a computer at that place; (c) received the purchase price of horse tickets from visitors to the horse site; and (d) filled up the cyber money equivalent to the amount thereof; and (e) made the visitors go through a racing held by the actual marina society using cyber money at the same time; and (e) knew of the fact that the Defendant, while being aware of the fact that the Defendant was doing similar horse racing, such as distributing dividends in accordance with the distribution schedule, the Defendant committed the crime of F, such as selling marina tickets and granting dividends to the horse purchasers, by facilitating the sale of horse tickets and the distribution of dividends.

Accordingly, the defendant knew that the above F is a similar horse, thereby aiding and abetting the crime.

2. Defendant C, with knowledge of the fact that F had engaged in any conduct similar to the horse riding voting, which was conducted by MM society as indicated in paragraph (1) and granted property or financial benefits to the winners, he, even though he, around April 5, 2013, remitted KRW 1,00,000 to G community credit cooperatives accounts (H) in the name of F (H) used by F, and subsequently lent money of KRW 14,760,000 over six times in total from June 21, 2013 to June 21, 2013, as indicated in attached Table 2.

As above, from around 2013 to June 29, 2013, the above F made the money loaned by the Defendant as operating funds, and sold private horse tickets by receiving KRW 522,082,00 in total from the buyers of private horse tickets over 199 times as shown in attached Table 1 as the purchase price for horse tickets, and then remitting the sum of KRW 498,852,00 in total to the buyers of private horse tickets as a red dividend.
