1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the entire 118.41 square meters of three floors among the real estate listed in the attached Form;

(b) 48,638,900 Won;

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. On October 25, 2013, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the third floor of the office for which the instant name map was sought as the lessee and the Defendant became the lessee, with the deposit amounting to KRW 60 million, the rent amounting to KRW 3.5 million per month, the management expenses amounting to KRW 358,00 per month, and the lease period of 12 months (from October 25, 2013 to October 24, 2014).

B. Where the rent is in arrears for more than two months, this contract is terminated without the peremptory notice and the leased building is ordered to be ordered, but the Defendant did not pay the rent once after the contract was concluded on October 2013.

C. The Plaintiff notified the Defendant that the outstanding amount should be adjusted several times, but did not comply, and notified the cancellation by sending the content certificate.
