1. At around 01:40 on May 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was bK L of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) was fluored with the victim BM (the age of 55) who met through the Internet hosting site; and (c) was fluoring the victim’s cash 3.50,000 won, which had been laid down on the table of the table.

The Defendant, on the ground of the crime described in paragraph (1), voluntarily operated the police officer’s voluntary act at around 03:00 on the same day on the ground of the police officer’s voluntary act requested by the police officer who received 112 report on the ground of the crime described in paragraph (1), and exercised his signature by entering the name of B Q in his voluntary act, with the aim of carrying the bP’s voluntary act request from the police officer of Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BN on the same day, and exercising it. The Defendant forged B Q’s signature by using the inspection pen with the color pen, and exercised it as if he were aware of the fact that the police officer’s voluntary act was duly formed.

At around 03:06 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) entered the document forgery, the use of a private document forgery, the use of a private signature, the forgery of a private signature and the use of a private signature in the BO district; (b) entered the above B Q in the name column of a written statement using a tamp-shaped pen; and (c) indicated “BS” in the resident registration number column as “BR” and “BS” in the resident registration number column; and (d) stated “BS” in the “BR” and the Handphone column,” at the bottom, the Defendant made a bO district of the above BO on the same day with money, stating that the male branch will take advantage of the rest of the toilet. The Defendant continued to enter the name of Q Q in the name of a document certifying facts, which is a certificate of fact, and entered the document forgery in the name of Q Q, a written confirmation, and continued to enter the name of Q.
