도로교통법위반(음주운전)
Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a B knife car.
On October 16, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.149% in blood on the front road of the Jindong-dong-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on October 16, 2013.
