1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,000,100 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from May 28, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and (b).
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Under Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; effective June 1, 2019) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, an order to pay damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment shall be issued.
