A. Attached Form 1 1 Serial 1 through 7, 9 through 180, 182 through 336, 338 through 357, 359 through 434, 436 through 686, 688 through 751, 754 through 771, and network C, D, E, E, F, G, H, I, and J (hereinafter “Plaintiff, etc.”) are workers who worked for the Defendant Company as driver at the Defendant Company’s trade union (hereinafter “instant trade union”), and the number of monthly work hours, basic work hours, extension, night work hours, night work hours, etc. from April 200 to March 2012 as well as the number 1 to 36 of the difference between the ordinary wage and the fixed-term work hours (hereinafter “number 1 to 36”).

B. The Selected K, L, M, N, andO (Attachment 1 Nos. 8-1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) are the deceased’s inheritors (K is the deceased’s wife, the rest of the deceased’s children), the Appointor P (Attachment 1 No. 181-1)’s successors (the deceased’s mother Q is the deceased’s wife, while the co-inheritors do not file the instant claim), the Selection, R, S, T (Attachment 1’s No. 337-1, 2, 3), the deceased’s heir (the deceased’s wife, the other children), U, V (Attached No. 1’s children), the deceased’s heir (the deceased’s children), the deceased’s heir (the deceased’s children), the deceased’s heir (the deceased’s children), the deceased’s heir, the deceased’s heir(the deceased’s children), the deceased’s heir of the deceased’s A-1, the deceased’s heir of Annex 2, the deceased-1, the deceased’s heir of Annex No. 2, the deceased-1, the deceased.

C. The instant trade union and the Defendant, each year, negotiated matters concerning the working conditions and drafted a “group agreement” or “wages agreement”, and applied by the year 2010.
