1. On June 3, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) at the business office of a Vietnam branch office located in B of the said office, the Defendant carried out the file of “detailed specifications” stored in the said office’s computer; (b) then printed out the file “D”, “E”, “E”, “B” in the name column, and “B in the address column”; and (c) in the name and specification column of the name of the name and specification column, the Defendant printed out the electronic document in the column with the “food washing agent (lost, Green, Green, Bond, Tax, 18.75 L) - 18.75 L”, and “11,500”, respectively.

Around June 3, 2015, the Defendant exercised 24 copies of the transaction statement in the name of E, i.e., a total of 24 times from around that time to July 25, 2015, by using the forged transaction statement as if he/she had been duly formed as if he/she had completed the said falsified transaction statement at a warehouse manager at the above point C branch of a Vietnam Co., Ltd., who was aware of such forgery.

From January 1, 2011 to March 10, 2016, Defendant 1546 has been working as the head of the business management team at the branch of the victim becco Co., Ltd., and engaged in the business of delivering and collecting goods to customers.

3. The Defendant, on July 17, 2013, sold false sales revenue amounting to KRW 179,00,00 using a computer located in the said office, even though he did not sell food and other goods to the J restaurant run by the I located in He at the time of Mapo-si, as if the sales revenue amounting to KRW 179,00 was incurred to I.
