Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court and the first instance court, it is justifiable to have determined that the lower court convicted Defendant B of the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In doing so, there is no error of law by misunderstanding legal principles as to legal mistake and legitimate act.

2. Defendant C’s appeal is examined.

C did not submit an appellate brief within the statutory period, and the appellate brief did not state the grounds for objection in the petition of appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
