A. On May 17, 1990, A (hereinafter “the deceased”) married with Defendant D’s Intervenor D (hereinafter “acquisition Intervenor”) on January 14, 1998, but an agreement was married on January 14, 1998, and died on September 11, 2014 during the instant lawsuit.

The Defendants inherited the Deceased as his children.

B. On May 27, 2013, the Deceased concluded each of the insurance contracts listed in paragraphs (1) through (4) of [Attachment 1] with the Plaintiff as the insured and the beneficiary, and the assignee was transferred from the Deceased’s position as the contractor and beneficiary of each of the above insurance contracts. On May 27, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Deceased entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured on the condition that 4,520 persons, including the Deceased, including 4,520 persons.

(hereinafter referred to as "each insurance contract of this case" and "each insurance contract of this case" referred to in paragraphs (1) through (4) of the attached Table 1.

From December 15, 2009 to February 25, 2013, the Deceased was hospitalized for 754 days through 37 days as indicated in the attached Table 2’s treatment record for about three years and three months. On August 14, 2011, in relation to the injury of a household from the home, the Deceased was diagnosed for a permanent disability of the Do (L5-S1) grade on March 5, 201, on the ground that the Deceased was diagnosed for a Doh (L5-S10%) grade on the Doh (L5-S10%) for the payment of insurance proceeds under each insurance contract, etc. of this case, and was paid KRW 45,412,108 in total, as indicated in the attached Table 3’s payment record.

In addition, on the ground that the Deceased was hospitalized in the E Hospital for 20 days from March 2, 2013 to March 21, 2013, the deceased also claimed payment of KRW 1,816,92 (i.e., medical expenses for hospitalization of a disease, KRW 1,16,92 ( ② KRW 400,000 per day of hospitalization of a disease, ③ KRW 250,000 per day of hospitalization of a disease) under the insurance contract listed in attached Table 1 Insurance List 2.
