1. The Defendant’s payment order against the Plaintiff was based on the Seoul Northern District Court Decision 2015Hu27828.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, who purchased Geumsan Red Ginseng from M&C, and paid the purchase price in full on January 19, 2012. However, the Defendant acquired the above purchase price claim in sequence from M& and Han Han assets management, and applied for a payment order against the Plaintiff, and the above payment order became final and conclusive, the enforcement force of the above payment order should be excluded.
