2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On December 30, 201, A business asset management company (hereinafter “A business asset management company”) and the Defendant and the lessee of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 855.21 square meters (hereinafter “the office of this case”) wished to cancel the lease deposit with respect to the office of this case, KRW 168,15,000, monthly rent of KRW 17,074,200 ( separate value-added tax), monthly management fee of KRW 8,537,100 ( separate value-added tax), monthly management fee of KRW 8,537,100 ( separate value-added tax), and from January 1, 201 to December 31, 2012, the date of cancellation shall be three months prior to the expiration or expiration of the lease contract, and the date of cancellation shall be three months after the expiration of the lease contract (Article 2(2)); if the lessor or lessee wishes to cancel the lease contract without the expiration of the lease contract, it shall be notified in writing to the lessee or lessee without the expiration of the contract (31).

B. On August 22, 2012, the Financial Services Commission revoked the authorization and registration of the financial investment business and appointed the Plaintiff as a liquidator with respect to the management of the business assets.

C. On November 8, 2012, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant that the instant lease contract was terminated, and sent the Defendant a declaration of termination on November 12, 2012. D.

On December 12, 2012, the Plaintiff delivered the instant office to the Defendant.

E. As stipulated in the instant lease agreement, the Defendant deemed that the instant lease agreement was terminated on February 12, 2013, when three months elapsed from November 12, 2012, the date when the Plaintiff was declared to terminate the contract, as stipulated in the instant lease agreement, and on February 12, 2013, around February 2013, the sum of the office rent and management fee from the office’s deposit to January 2013, 205,692.
