A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, but the defendant, without permission, has installed a wall to 2, 3, and 4 of the above building without permission for use from January 19, 2012 to August 1, 2012, after obtaining approval for use from July 25, 2012 to August 1, 2012, he/she installed a wall to 8 days by dividing the living room of the above building 2, 3, and 4th floor into one half of the living room and the kitchen, and extended the balcony to 7 households without permission for each room.
